Creating awareness about Breast Cancer all this month of October,
The Nation's Station and The Breast Clinic at Emirates Hospital
is giving out 50,000 Dirhams worth of free mammograms on Radio
1& 2 to 100 of its listeners. The sole aim of this program
is to help the people living in the UAE stay healthy and fit
by educating them on the harmful effects of Breast Cancer
and the safety measures one can take to help fight against
this deadly disease. In the U.A.E, Health specialists warned
that breast cancer is on the increase and there is lack of
awareness among women. Early detection is the best method
for successfully treating the disease. Mammograms are very
effective to help in the fight against breast cancer. |
